1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
2. Return Request Time
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn Rudraksha
- Customized or energized products (if applicable)
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and verified, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
6. Replacement
- In case of damaged or wrong product, we may offer a replacement instead of refund
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
