2. Eligibility for Refunds

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item and ship it to the address provided, including the RAN on the outside of the package.
5. Refund Method
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@balarudraksha.com.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at support@balarudraksha.com.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
